All right. This is going to be a long run episode of me and Jason Bedralini.

Jason is a ultra runner, and he also produces a magazine called Fretboard Journal.

He's got a really interesting life in terms of working at Amazon way back in the day

and all kinds of just interesting things.

And he and I crossed

paths because he puts on a music festival here in Chicago in the summertime. And he's also

headed to the Gorge Waterfalls to do his first 100K. So what I did was I interviewed him for this

show. I interviewed him for my record show.

And I taped, I put that at the end in case you want to listen to that too.

But then I circled back and did like a five minute with him just about what happened at Gorge Waterfall, too.

So stay tuned.

You'll get an update on it.

And it's a pretty good story.

In terms of our races, the 50K sold out. You might be able to sneak in on the wait list or you might see a spot because someone dropped out or dropped down.

But the 50K is done, 50 mile.

I think there's like three spots left.

Half marathon, there's like maybe 40-ish spots left.

So if you want to do the half marathon, get in early, get it done.

Sugar Badger is coming.

So, and then in terms of the Badger, we're coming along just fine.

It's going to be a great year.

So registration's open for everything.
