0:47.4 | So I really wanted to touch on losing, like the difference between losing weight versus losing weight and keeping it off. |
0:57.2 | So yes, everybody's like, you know, if you have a fat loss goal, you want to lose the weight. |

1:11.3 | like I said, serial dieters, because they'll lose the weight and then they end up regaining it. |

1:28.2 | with this before. And so then it's like, what's the missing piece as to why I can't keep the |
1:33.9 | weight off once I lose it? So there are two things that I see most commonly. The first one is |
1:41.9 | you have no plan. You're being very reactive when you decide to |
1:46.6 | start a diet. It is usually triggered by either maybe you haven't weighed yourself in a while |
1:53.7 | and you go to the doctor and they weigh you and you're like, okay, when did I gain 10 pounds? |
1:59.2 | Especially if you're somebody who isn't wearing like form-fitting clothes, like super often, |
