Thirty seven year old Jessy Kurchewski was arrested and charged with stealing from her friend,63-year-old Lynn Hernan, and also with Lynn’s death. Before and after trial, Jessy would also be accused of forging documents to try to get herself out of trouble–documents that accused her victim of murder and her attorney of wrongdoing.
