All right. Here we are. This is Jay Brown Yoga Talks podcast. My name is Jay Brown. Welcome to you if you're new and all the rest of y'all. What's going on? How are we doing?

Let me warn you, it might be a little intense around here today. There is a high degree of

And we are attempting to discuss difficult topics,

Things that I think a lot of us,

if not all of us, are thinking about and nobody's willing to talk about.

So I decided to try.

And two weeks ago, I made some comments in the intro,

and I let myself go to a place that was risky, that crossed a boundary.

And, you know, it's something I've done before here on this show.
