My name is Jay Brown. Thank you, whoever you are. Appreciate you choosing to listen. Welcome if you're new and what's up to the rest of y'all. How are we doing this week?

I really, when I say that, I'm just asking how am I doing, aren't I?

I'm the only one sitting here in the attic.

But whoever you are, you're listening to it right now, so I guess I want to include you.

Me, I'd say a bit better of a week than I did last week. If you were here,

I kind of dumped everything out, right? And I will say, I still feel like everything is sort of

up and down and back and forth on stuff. One minute I think, you're being overreactive and you're, you know, talking out your ass.

And then another minute I'm like, no, there's really enough going on.

And so it's hard to know, right?

But I didn't feel so overwhelmed by.

I didn't have any major kid breakdowns like last week.

But you know what I really was up against mostly this week is just trying to come to grips with

the complete abandonment over to the screens.

Like, those of you have been around,

no, I've talked about my screen addiction in the past,

and I am so completely off the wagon at this point.

I haven't had my day without devices,

my Sabbath day in like four weeks, five weeks.

I keep cheating.
