we're having our retreat at Garrison Institute,

which is about an hour and 15 minutes above New York City,

very easily accessible by train the Metro North and great food. And the good news is is that I just got a message from Garrison that they've actually for our retreat gotten scholarship funds.

So for anyone who works in health care, teaching, the arts, scholarships that are 50 to 70 percent off, that makes it really just a wonderful and expensive way to spend three days upstate hiking trails overlooking the Hudson,

great food, meditation, yoga, and all that.

So feel encouraged to look into it.
