Thanks, bro, appreciate it. So for people who don't know who you are can you give us your quick backstory?

Sure. 2009 I got into real estate. I was a realtor from 2009, 2017. I just got over selling real estate, did not like the

traditional sales process of being a realtor. Went into title insurance from 2017 and I just

retired April, so now this is my first official year of

being a hundred percent entrepreneur investor flipper wholesaler got it and then in the

last year how much have you done flipping and wholesaling?

So currently right now we're averaging about a deal every other day for the last 60 days so right now in the in the

pipeline we have 1.5 projected we did about a half a million dollars the first quarter,

second quarter about 750. And then so with if we get no more deals for the rest of the

year I should do about 3 million so if we're on

dace I would expect that we'll do five to six by the end of 2024 holy

crap so we're gonna teach people how to scale fast that's gonna going to be the name of this title, the name of this episode, how to scale fast in real estate.
