today on the show we're going back to basics.

So I'm calling this making five fun again.

I've actually gone back and listen to the first like 60 episodes of Choose Defi.

And it has been so invigorating for me,

going back to the old roundups

that Jonathan I used to do.

And the excitement was just palpable.

And it was largely because we were having a conversation.

We were just regular people having a conversation about life and

Fai and this amazing superpower that we found and Ginger and I talked and we want to bring that back. And this is going to be an old school

roundup talking about a ton of subjects bringing in your questions, your frugal wins of the week, some

travel rewards questions, a little bit about

trips, a little bit about workouts, and a whole lot about FI.

It's been a while, so I think we did a random show the last time but yeah let's

let's think about this as like an old school roundup where we just kind of talk

about what's going on we bring a lot in from the community and I'm listening to even though

this is an episode in the early 500s by the actual numbering we've actually had 650 plus

episodes because of all those roundups and I'm actually going back and

trying to listen to every single one of them which is a daunting task obviously but
