You know recently I had the chance to sit down with one of the greatest British boxers in history

0:11.2

man by the name of Christopher Eubank and being with him was probably one of the most

0:17.9

epic episodes I've ever had on London Real but like every single guest they all teach me something or remind me of

0:24.9

something very special and people always ask me what value do I get out of doing the

0:29.7

show and it's like the compounded attributes of every single guest seems to kind of rub off on me or come to me by osmosis.

0:40.0

I think I've realized this over the years and it was something that Chris said about

0:45.0

manners and respect that really hit home with me and if you know Chris he is a fascinating individual and while he was

0:56.3

an amazing pugilist in the ring he was known for his composure and his presence outside of the ring and always acting in a very English way,

respect and how we treat one another and how it kind of compounds and comes

1:35.2

back to us and you know I always remember a famous quote by Nelson Mandela where

1:39.8

he said you can defeat a man without dishonoring him and I always think that's so

1:46.0

important and I think I learned that in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and from my first

1:49.1

real martial arts instructor which was Mr. Christopher Kiston a man who I love very much and who was a

1:55.1

guest on London Real talking about autism. He does some incredible work with autism

1:58.4

with kids, but he is a vicious beast in the ring and on the mat and he'll tap pretty much anyone out that I've ever seen or knock him out

2:09.7

But afterwards he is the most loving respectful guy you've ever seen in your life.

2:14.6

And I always say, I pity the fool that bumps into Chris and disrespects him on the streets
