So I'm just going to kind of just run with it here and share a little bit about what's going on because I know Dimity would be asking me some questions about track and training and all that stuff.

So here we are in March and I am about to leave for Boston for the New Balance track Indoor Nationals.

So that's an indoor meet.

It goes from Thursday to Sunday of mid-March, and it is going to be action-packed.

I have athletes running every single day, and I'm super excited for what may happen.

We have a couple of national titles to defend, and we got some new freshmen coming in,

So I'm just hoping that we get some podiums and some PRs and plenty of smiles and happiness

Speaking of competition, currently I have taken on a personal mission of running a fast mile,
