only be 22. Yeah. Oh my goodness. This warning, I went on a six-mile run and there was some fog,

but the sun was definitely making a very valiant effort to come through and it's fully come through.

So usually I, you know, I live right here in inner northeast Portland.

And so feels, I think some people would probably think it feels somewhat like a suburb.

It doesn't feel, you know, it's not a city like New York or even Chicago is, something like that.

But so I run in the street facing traffic.

But today I had to go up on the sidewalk because there was a car coming and it was just kind of a little tricky spot.

I nearly bought the farm because I tripped on the uneven sidewalk and oh my gosh so thankfully

it was chilly so i was wearing gloves so at least i did think well my hands won't take too much

damage but i mean liz i probably got so that my face was down where my knees were.

Like in terms of that's how bent over I was.

And I was still moving forward, but able to regain my footing, keep going and not fall down.
