dear God, what was I thinking? But I would wager a lot more our thinking, let's carry on this

fight. Character matters. It matters. Tell them the truth matters. The 21st century is going to be

the American century, because we lead not only by the example of our power but by the power

of our example. That is the history of the journey of America. Whether you're blagging your way

into Congress, dodging indictments or gag orders, getting shut down, kicked out, shamed in public,

fined for your own stupidity, or just having a tough time remembering where you are that you're

actually the president? It's been a topsy, turvy year in US politics. How does it all stack up

that when compared to similarly dismal years?
