This was the second time I interviewed Martha, and we discussed her amazing book, The Way of Integrity. It's about how to get back in touch with your full self, so they're not divided in lots of different pieces for everyone else's consumption.

I realized when we last spoke, your book had not come out yet, and I realized when I read your book, I didn't get to ask you all the questions about that, so I loved your book so, so much.

But let's kick off then with the meaning of integrity because it's not what people think it is, is it?

It's not about living with like pure goodness and being a good girl and doing things correctly, it's about more than that.

Would you be able to talk us through that?

That is actually in many cases the opposite of what I mean.

Integrity just it comes from the Latin word is the same as the word integer.

It means one thing whole and intact undivided.
