That's according to three sources familiar with the plan who have spoken to CNN, and more

The cuts come as President Donald Trump has been mulling over an executive order to eliminate

the department altogether. CNN has obtained a memo sent to all department employees,

saying that all department offices will be closed tonight and tomorrow for unspecified security

reasons and instructing employees to work remotely.

Today we made an offer that the Ukrainians have accepted, which is to enter into a ceasefire
