Congress is back in session with fewer than seven weeks before new House of Representatives

and Senate is sworn in. Under Republican control, this has been the most unproductive House

of Representatives in American history by all measures, which is why the American people

a Republican-controlled House Oversight Subcommittee held hearings on Thursday entitled
