For Troubled Waters, the show that treats popular culture

is the most important kind of culture. Now, if you are anything like us this year, you could

use a little motivation. Oh boy, this year is weighing heavily on all of us. So for this bonus

episode, we decided to highlight one of our favorite games to do on this

show, motivational speeches. This is the game where we invite our guests to take on the role of

a coach in a locker room trying to rally their team to win when the chips are down. Oh, those kids,

they're sweaty, they're dejected. They want to give up, but they're not going to,

because their coach is going to put the wind right back in their damn sales. We got the entire

troubled waters creative team to contribute their own motivational speech, myself included. We also

invited friends of the show to contribute a few of their own. As always, the suggestions came directly

from you, the audience. These are things you actually need motivation to get done. We surprised

each for our contributors, including our own team, with their speech topic just before they
