0:06.3	Yesterday, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hockman said he does not think Eric and Lyle should be re-sentenced.
0:13.9	However, just today, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced on his podcast that Eric and Lyle have a June 13th parole board hearing.
0:24.2	Governor Newsom ordered a risk assessment on the brothers, and once that parole board hearing is
0:30.2	finished, the finalized risk assessment will be sent back to Governor Newsom, and he could grant
0:35.8	clemency, which would be immediate release.
0:38.8	The other path to freedom right now, that risk assessment will also be sent to the judge
0:44.2	who has been assigned for their resentencing hearing. And if he did re-sentence them to a lighter
