Lori Valo had a pretrial hearing today and they covered a good bit, so let's jump in.

The judge tells Lori he has her motion about her request that cameras not be allowed at her trial,

Lori said she would like to add some case law to that, and she cites Shepard v. Maxwell.

Supreme Court Justice Clark said a failure of the state judge in a murder prosecution to protect
