a lot of times we're so focused on the end result that we forget what we're doing throughout

the whole process. If we work more on going through the process and sticking to our systems,

the end product will be successful and you'll hit the

numbers you may perform better than you thought because rather than being so result

driven you're focused on the process and what makes each day successful.

What's up everyone? How's it going? You would think, so I was just away last week and you would think that after being away for seven, eight days that I would have a lot more energy but I don't I am tired.

Selby is 11 today till he is 8 and while vacations were difficult with them as toddlers and and

younger girls they just have so much damn energy right now that I need a

vacation from vacation. They're just non-stop. They wake up. What are we doing now? What are we doing now?

We're in the middle of doing something and they're like, what are we doing after this?

And I want to be like, it's vacation. I don't want to do anything.

To the to the extent that it was our last day of being there and Rachel and I ran them around all morning.

We just busy non-stop and we get home.

Rachel and I finally sit down and so I'll be like, can we go ride bikes?

And I was like, I'm sitting down right now. I'm so exhausted you girls had me so

tired and then I got to feeling guilty and loaded up the bicycles and went and

rode the rail trail so we were on Cape Cod for a week.

I got to visit my buddy Sean Bennett

from Espi. Sean Bennett from SB, Sean Bennett custom building.

And then he actually set up a little charter fishing trip

where Matt Kennedy came out with us.
