A lot of issues arise in our world because of bad sequencing.

You want your team and your subs to be making money.

And the better that you can create a plan moving forward and manage that on the back end,

the more profitable everyone's going to be. The happier everyone's going to be, the more profitable everyone's going to be.

ineffective systems to ensure that we aren't over delivering or under budgeting during a
