My guest today is Millie Mackintosh
Millie first made her name as part of the original line up of made in chelsea in 2011. After 5 seasons she descided to embark on a career spanning from beauty to fashion, to lifestyle and fitness. She’s been in the public eye for over a decade – she’s a business woman, and health and wellness advocate – having been on the cover of Womens Health a whopping 4 times.
Passiionate about good food, mental health and as now the mother of two young children she’s got a whole new perspective on what healthy means to her. Having amassed well over a million followers on social media, she’s had her own fashion and beauty lines, written a book and has her her own podcast.
She if often described as a style icon, and was even described in one interview I came across as being a “bit like human berocca” which is quite possibly the best compliment I’ve ever come across.
