So today I like to maybe delve back out of the clinical and focused more on the existential.

And I came across something by Plato that I think relates to all of us,

especially in the industrialized world that we live in and the constant pressures to live our lives and pay our bills

and take care of our families and go to work and make some hopefully meaningful contribution

to the greater world at large.

So just I can read, Plato has asked two questions.
