Hey everybody welcome back to coal case murder mysteries. I'm your host Ryan Kraus returning for part two of the Mind Hunter series in which we are going to do a psychological breakdown of the Mind Hunter pilot.

So now that I rambled forever in the first episode, to give you the introduction to the origin of this world, let's enter the pilot with the idea, that thematic idea, of being trapped somewhere, like the seed, remember, trying to break through and rise.

That's the theme here, so I've dissected this in such great detail because of the structural

inevitability we'll encounter in the pilot.

On that note of being trapped or frozen emotionally but manifested in physicality, let's ask what type of scene the opening of Mindhunter will offer.

Well, a hostage negotiation.

Something has to be trapped, right?

Holden will need to ask how to get someone free from where they're trapped,

but again, manifested in physicality rather than emotion.

Now Holden is the one, the chosen one, or transcendent one,

meaning his age, when the two numbers are merged

will offer a redundant 1-1, or simply because they're redundant,

a 1.

So his age is 29.

If we merge or add those numbers, we get 1-1, simply because they're redundant, a 1. And it's his job to make this breakthrough

from darkness or ignorance. Like the plant, his path into the light is growth upward. But emotionally,

a plant can't rise until it becomes firmly rooted in darkness below by way of growth. Nor can Holden.

Stories are about becoming and identity so he needs to find that identity.

Down in the darkness, below the bridge, in the deep abyss called the past, he needs to become the mind hunter and this incident will

incite a desire. Okay so the pilot opens at night in a place called Braddock, Pennsylvania, where in some type of industrial

area, specifically a warehouse flaunting a brick facade.
