What's up guys, welcome back. Today we are going to talk about motivation. And this is a question

I actually get asked a lot. And I had a client asked this the other day about how can I get myself

motivated to go work out? I'm just not feeling it. I know for women during that time of the month, it's harder to get motivated to go because

energy is low for people in the summertime.

I feel like going to the gym is difficult because it's beautiful out and we would rather

be doing anything than go to the gym.

You know, why would you, you know, go to the pool or something like that?

So it's thinking about all of these things that can get in our way in terms of our goals

when we're thinking like being motivated to go the gym or motivated to track our food.

I mean, motivation works in a million different ways.

But the thing with motivation is it's fleeting.
