I wanted to talk about the importance of expressing your voice.

I have, on a side note, a meditation which is almost ready.

When I edit meditations, it takes an average of 20 hours, so I've been working on that for several days.

I'm going to talk, this is a quiet talk, which is best listened to as you're falling asleep.

It is exploring human concepts that we experience in life.

And I'll also be doing a review of the movie with Glenn Close called The Wife, which I watched last night.

The wife featuring Glenn Close is a profound exploration of the intricacies of marriage, loyalty and personal integrity, framed through the lens of fame, popularity, achievement.

I found this pertinent to myself because of my impending marriage,

also the ending of a marriage in the past historically.

My own experience of fame or popularity being well known on the internet.

And the dynamics of family drawing in those themes of estrangement also.

Christmas is a time where loss, lack or unfairness is polarized because we have this manic

celebration of an occasion and during which this mania lives itself out, we can be drawn to think about experiences

which we have experienced, which are unfair. Who are we spending Christmas with? Who are we not seeing during Christmas and how we process that?

So I watched the wife last night and fell asleep at the end into a deep sleep.

And I wanted to share this with you.
