On this episode of Black Girl Gone, I took a story of Tadia Sills,

He was 18 years old and five months pregnant when she was murdered and

Shreveport, Louisiana on September 9, 2008.

Tavia disappeared after being picked up by the father of her unborn child.

He said he dropped Tavia off at her sister's house, but she never returned home and no

one ever saw a Tavia again.

Three days later, on September 12, her body was found floating in a pond.

She had been shot to death.

As police began their investigation into Tavia's disappearance and death, they began to learn

the whole truth and not only who killed her, but the senseless reason why.
