I just wanted to do a quick video on what you can expect in terms of your blood work on a few I use of high quality pharma grade GH.

0:14.0

So I just wanted to show you some of my old blood work that I had when I used to use GH to gain muscle in the off season or to, you know,

0:22.8

aid in staying leaner while I gain muscle in the off season might be more accurate.

0:28.1

So anyways, this is my blood work.

489 nanograms per mill liter,

0:44.1

which is almost double the high end of the reference range.

0:48.1

So, you know, just take it as a reference and some like an

1:32.4

interesting statistic for your kind of reference for your own, you know, whatever you're doing to make

1:37.7

sort of like a rough judgment. But, you know, at the end of the day, you should be getting your own

1:41.5

blood work, but obviously not a lot of people go out of their way

1:44.4

to pay for this stuff.

1:45.4

So I thought it might be useful for you guys to reference.

1:48.1

And, yeah, anyways, that's it for today's video.
