Hi guys.

Welcome to this week's episode of Dear Reality You're Effed. You guys are in for a treat today. I am flying solo and when I say a treat I'm being completely sarcastic. I'm probably going to be stumbling and awkward the entire time because I'm still not sure how to do this on my own.

But I just wanted to come in.

It's our first week back after the holidays.

Obviously we had a really great few episodes with Heidi.

That was obviously a very,

it was a deep dive into anxiety, into social media, into living life in the public eye in general,

which is always difficult and interesting and

Fascinating. I think it's such even like going through my D.M. sometimes I swear it's like such an interesting deep dive into the into human psychology. I just I really can't understand you know why some

people are they way they are but I digress. So I just wanted to pop in and record a quick podcast, give you guys a little bit of an update on what's going on on this side of the pond.

So we obviously had Christmas, New

years, it was amazing. I have never been a big Christmas person personally. I will never forget this one time when I think it was

about five or six years ago and I lived with this friend of mine in Sydney and basically like all we would do

basically every night was drink 7 y'on blanc and chain smoke mail mailbar lights and then like wake the next day, watch a movie and do it all over again.

It was a disgustingly unhealthy period of my life, but also lots of fun, and obviously something that I can't do anymore.

So I look back on it with very fond memories.

You know, a lot of shit was spoken on that balcony.

But I do remember going down to the shops one morning and I was craving like a Nando's

barbecue ribs, like chicken ribs,

it sounds disgusting. They are the tastiest things in the world.
