Hello everybody I just wanted to hop on for a little mini episode about making friends

And we decided to make them kind of self-improvement focused,

you know, just like good for community vibes.

One is going to be all about food, you know,

gut health, recipes, how do you get your fiber and your protein, and that's something we like to talk about.

Another one is going to be about exercise, getting outside, moving your body more.

You know, I feel like you guys are kind of like me. I hate doing it, but I know it's so important.

So how can we find ways to kind of like make it fun, encourage ourselves to do that?

And then the third one is all about making friends.

And this is something that people have written in and asked me a lot about.

And I feel like I'm in a good place to talk about it because, you know, ever since I graduated,

I lived in Florida, I lived in California, I lived in New York now I'm living in Denver

You have to make friends each time you move and I have gone through periods when I lived in Florida I had one friend, Bridget Bauer and we lived together and we worked together and try as we did for years.

We just could not make any friends in Florida. I hung out with her and my parents and like that was it.

But now I'm here in Denver, I parents and like that was it.

But now I'm here in Denver.

I've been here for a year.
