And today I wanted to talk about maintenance and the reason I'm going to talk about that today is

because I have a ton of folks who just finished up the reverse with M program who are at their

maintenance now or going to be at their maintenance very soon.

And then I know this time of year, tons of people reverse diet and they're at maintenance

because of the holidays and all of that good stuff. So I wanted to talk about five things that

you can do that will totally sabotage your maintenance phase. And these are very

common. And I'm not going to lie the first time I ever reversed dieted. And this has been many

years ago, I probably did every single one of these. So speaking from experience, that's why it was
