But I really wanted to touch on what I narrowed down to two things.

If I could pick two things, one for nutrition and one for like fitness,

workouts, exercise, whatever, that honestly just drive me insane and want me to, it's just two

things that I really wish that every single person understood because if you really understood

it, then it would make your fitness journey, your weight loss journey, transformation

journey, whatever you want to call it, so much easier. Oh my goodness. So again, we're going to

try to keep this short and sweet, but I hope that you take a lot away from this.

Just because, again, these are, if I had to say, it's the two most important things to understand when you are trying to transform your body, whether it's adding muscle, whether it's losing fat, whatever it might be, but just

understanding these two things are the biggest things, in my opinion. So the first one I'm just

going to jump right in is with nutrition and it is honestly just to say it's not what you eat or the time that you eat it, but it's how much you're eating.

So there's a lot to unpack with that.

But I see a ton of questions like, what should I eat before my workout?

What should I eat after my workout?

Does it matter if I eat this before I go to bed?

Is this too late to eat this?

If I work out at 8 p.m. and I don't get home till 9.30, is that too late to have a meal?

So everybody's so worried about, you know, what to eat, pre and post workout, what time to eat it all of those things and i'm not saying
