of the new statement. Great to have you. Good morning. First time on the pod. Yeah, and what a morning

to be doing it. I feel like you brought the news with you. I think this will happen every time I'm on

the show, so have me on again and maybe we'll get some to more resignation from sacking.

Government ministers will be very worried if you turn up and this happens every week. Well, if you don't have any idea what we're talking about, we are talking about the sacking

of Nadim Zahawi, which happened, I think it was about five to nine this morning.

So we're about halfway through the show, doing the interviews as usual, when suddenly

Scott jumps up in my ear and he's like, look, we're going to have to break off the

interview because we've got the breaking news. And you hear as a presenter, those famous words,

it's on a red wire. And a red wire means it's an urgent wire. It means you need to get up your

computer. Switch on immediately. Switch on immediately. Get to the right place and just read what that red wire says because

it is something you need to pay attention to and it was because from then on it was a case

of ripping the show up and rolling on this news.
