You may notice that my voice is very, very deep at the moment.

I'm getting over a bit of a crud.

My beautiful wife, Bonnie, had the crud first. And as I mentioned to my Patreon members, I thought I was going to be fine.

A whole bunch of days went by. I was like, I feel amazing. And then like maybe five days into her thing, I got the

crud. So I'm pretty much on the other end of it now, but I have this very, very, very deep voice.

So I think we'll be able to make it through. So I have a lot of stuff in my head today,

and I'm sincerely hoping I can get it all like out of my head and into

my mouth. I want to talk about narcissistic triangulation. I think a bunch of you understand

narcissism and understand the tactics, but for those of you that don't, one of the things that

narcissists do, maybe not only, maybe sociopaths as well, maybe psychopaths, is triangulation.

They literally triangulate people against each other. And you can see, you know, in an environment,

in a relational system where a malignant narcissist is active, there's a lot of chaos going on.

And one of the reasons there's a lot of chaos is because the

narcissist is playing people against each other, and they don't know that. So there's a lot of

fighting that happens and a lot of tempers of flaring and people are having meltdowns and feeling
