Tyler, so this week we got Andrew Klein from Workshop APD on the podcast.

I actually met Andrew in Brooklyn a couple months ago when I saw that they were presenting

with Madera who you you know is a partner of ours on White Oak. They do all of our White Oak for pretty much all of our projects,

but specifically our 45 Wood Oak project. They're doing all the White Oak there.

They had posted that they were going to do this panel on, you know,

craftsmanship and seamless wood and, you know, materiality and things like that. I'm big fan of workshop obviously big fan of

Madera and I I think I emailed them I said hey what a great panel, like super excited.

I might make the trip out.

And James, who's with Madera, wrote me back.

He goes, you want to moderate?

I was like, you know, there was definitely like something in that email that I

I wanted out of and that was that was it and that was like absolutely I'll be

there and so I flew there for in for the day and moderated and we had a super cool

conversation but I was chatting with Andrew and and while I was chatting with him

someone walked up and was like oh my God Nick like I'm super

excited to meet you like follow listen to the podcast big fan and Andrew was like you know

he was like what was that about he's I'm like you don't listen to the podcast?

And I think he like played along and he was like yeah of course I listened to it and whatever

long story short I was like you're gonna come on and he's like, no, no, no. And he goes, you should have someone else on. I'm like, no, I'm scheduling you to be on the podcast. And I think I emailed Catherine. I was like, hey, you get Andrew scheduled on the podcast and well here we are yeah it's

funny he was like what are we going to talk about it's like don't worry we'll

figure something out I it also has to be interesting when you hop on a

podcast and you're like people know things about me and information about me and
