Being a vice chair is an interesting position because you're basically agenda free and taking

the positions alongside and beneath, and advising or counseling when needed. Other than that,

I like to kid around about it and say I'm basically the chair of vice. I help everybody navigate

that exists in any kind of workplace. Right. And I know you've been instrumental in Peacock,
