So let's talk, first of all, about what you're doing these days, vice chair at NBCU.

What exactly does that entail?

Being a vice chair is an interesting position because you're basically agenda free and taking

a view of the company from a step or two backwards, having been in many

the positions alongside and beneath, and advising or counseling when needed. Other than that,

I like to kid around about it and say I'm basically the chair of vice. I help everybody navigate

all the problems that exists in any kind of vice. I help everybody navigate all the problems

that exists in any kind of workplace. Right. And I know you've been instrumental in Peacock,

so I want to talk to you about that. That, of course, is front and center with the company's

strategy going forward. How's Peacock going? You know, Peacock is doing really well right now.

We started late, and I was one of several who was trying to push going? You know, Peacock is doing really well right now.

into the middle of it earlier, probably five or six years earlier than they started.

But in hindsight, it's interesting.

I think they were wise to sit back for a while because now they can take a bigger

and wider view and they've made some interesting advances where they were the first to really go
