But I'm looking for positives out of this. Joseph, this is a very troubled land of narco-terrorism, of outside interference,

of poverty, of course, and loose relations, undefined relations with the neighborhood.

Good evening, John. His major challenge is security, security, security. That's his immediate challenge

because Ecuador has seen a tremendous uptick in transnational organized crime. You have criminal

groups all the way from as far away as Albania, the Albanian

mafia, to local groups that are born out of prisons like the Choneros that are taking that country

over, particularly the coast of the country and the ports, and it's getting very violent. And obviously

that that impact, the insecurity impacts the economy and impacts the well-being.

It comes back to the public safety of Ecuadorians.

Now, that said, I think this is President Naboh's big priority.
