1:12.3	my opinions. I prefer to engage with people who accept one principle, and that is that you don't have
1:19.2	to be wrong for me to be right and vice versa. We can disagree with far more nuance than right
1:24.8	versus wrong, and with giving ourselves room to not have to be right.
1:30.7	But I mean, feel free to disagree with me on whatever terms you feel comfortable with, but if we're
1:35.6	going to have a back and forth, I think if we leave room for nuance, we're going to be at a better
1:41.1	place. So with that, let's go ahead and get into the case that will probably get me more emails than any other case I have covered in recent time.
1:49.6	And to do that, we need to start at the beginning with two teenagers, 17-year-old Nick Brady and his 18-year-old cousin, Haley Kiefer.
1:58.1	They both grew up in the Little Falls, Minnesota area, which is about an hour and a half
2:02.9	northwest of Minneapolis. In the fall of 2012, Haley was 18, and she was back in school after having
2:11.6	left at some point to seek treatment for substance abuse. She was a senior and working on getting things back on track.
2:20.9	Even though that was a bumpy road, Haley's family said that she was always bubbly and vivacious
