Summary

In this episode of the "Enneagram and Coffee" podcast, I will be sharing insights from my personal therapy sessions. I'll be discussing three key relationship lessons that I've learned. First, I'll talk about the importance of taking a break during conflict to avoid fight or flight mode. Next, I'll discuss the idea of treating love as a daily practice rather than just a fleeting feeling. Lastly, I'll touch on the significance of focusing on my own actions and choices in a relationship rather than trying to control or fix the other person. -- Notion Templates here - www.sarajanecase.com/shop Enneagram Coffee here - https://www.summitcoffee.com/sarajanecasestore Call/text your enneagram questions to (828) 338-9127 Grab a copy of my books at www.thehonestenneagram.com & www.theenneagramletters.com Check out my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/sarajanecase Learn more about your ad choices.
