It's Friday, the 14th of February, two years and 350 days since the full-scale invasion began. And today,

I'm joined by the Telegraph's executive editor for audio, Francis Dernley. I started with the military

updates from Russia and Ukraine. First off, a Russian drone has struck the vast protective

shell covering the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

President Zelensky said the attack drone had hit the concrete shelter

that contains the remains of reactor number four,

which exploded in the 1986 Chernobyl disaster.

The International Atomic Energy Agency has confirmed that a UAV,

an unmanned or uninhabited air vehicle, a drone to you and me, had hit the shelter's roof causing an explosion. And they reported their on-site team had heard an explosion near the new safe confinement structure at around 2 a.m. local time. I'll talk about what that is a little bit later.
