This is Lauren and this is what we refer to as a quiet talk.

This is a talk to be listened to at times when you may wish to relax, slow down, or perhaps to fall asleep.

As you settle in for your night, I invite you to join me in this quiet reflection.

Outside it is quite windy. The wind is literally whistling. I would take you outside to listen,

but it will be very loud. So if you can't hear it, I'd like you to imagine the wind in the hills, in the trees.

We are living in a house, which when we moved here was called on top of the mountain,

and we truly are on top of the mountain, and we truly are on top of the mountain.

In some ways, we feel like we are on top of the world.

In many ways, it is a truly beautiful place, and we are lucky to be here.

At the same time in life, as you know, so well,

we can experience a multitude of feelings and experiences at the same time.

So, although we have a wonderful outlook,

we still have the day-to-day challenges
