Now let's start with the well-known mantra.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. As you settle in for your night,

I invite you to join me in this quiet reflection. Outside it is quite windy. The wind is literally

whistling. I would take you outside to listen but it will be very loud. So if you

I'd like you to imagine the wind in the hills, in the trees.

We are living in a house,

which when we moved here,

was called on top of the mountain. And we truly called on top of the mountain,

and we truly are on top of the mountain.

In some ways, we feel like we are on top of the world, in many ways.

It is a truly beautiful place, and we are lucky to be here.

At the same time in life, as you know, so well, we can experience a multitude of feelings and experiences at the same time.

So, although we have a wonderful outlook,

we still have the day-to-day challenges

that we tend to have at times. You know those challenges. Currently, I'm editing a meditation.

This is a process that requires intense concentration and active listening.
