And I'm so excited to talk about your new book and this theory because it's already going super viral.

You guys have probably seen it on TikTok already.

So before we dig into the let them theory, for people in my community who don't know, tell us a little bit about how you got your career started.

Oh, okay.

Because it's so interesting and it's so important.

Okay.

Well, boy, I basically learned everything that I do today by screwing up my life.

So I found myself at $41, $800,000 in debt with three kids under the age of 10.

And I got to a point in my life where I didn't recognize myself.

And I was having trouble just doing the life where I didn't recognize myself.

And I was having trouble just doing the simple thing, opening up bills, telling my friends

and my family what was actually happening.

I had trouble like controlling my drinking.

I was constantly screaming at my husband.

He had gone into the restaurant business and it was failing.

I lost my job.

And I couldn't get out of bed in the morning.

And it's like the

simplest things felt impossible to do. And it was during this period of my life because I could

see that everything that I cared about was literally slipping down the drain. And yet I couldn't

seem to make myself look for a job or be nice to my husband.
