I'm Gianna Jalosi with your Fox True Crime Minute. Oklahoma's only female death row inmate may have

another day in court thanks to the Supreme

Court saying she was sex shamed in her original trial. Brenda Andrew, now 61, was sentenced to death

in 2004 for the murder of her strange husband, Rob Andrew. Brenda's boyfriend, James Pavett,

confessed to the 2001 murder, saying he did it with his friend denying Brenda was involved.

She was shot in the arm in the altercation, too.

The couple fled to Mexico after the shooting, but returned after running out of money and

were arrested.

Earlier this month, the Supreme Court acknowledged Oklahoma prosecutors, quote, spent significant

time at trial focusing on irrelevant evidence, scrutinizing her outfits and sexual

history, even showing the jury one of her thongs she packed for a vacation and calling her a, quote, slut puppy.

The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Colorado will now review Andrew's claim about whether this rises to the level of violating her due process rights.
