The mayor is dead.

Panic in the streets, everybody.

Boston, you have no supervision anymore because the mayor is no longer with us.

April fools.

A hilarious gag that Opie and Anthony decided to play 26 years ago now.

April 1st, 1998 is what we were traveling back to. And, uh, I actually think

this will be an interesting one. I didn't originally, if you go back to the Sector Sam episode,

we played a clip of, uh, the mayor's dead prank that we're about to get into. And in my mind,

there wasn't enough to do a full deep dive on. And then I started looking at it again, April Fool's Day is around the corner.

So I figured, why not give it a shot?
