So excited to be here.

I am so excited to have you on the Better Tomorrow podcast, guys.

We have Vienna Farron on the the podcast today and you guys know that I have I'm so

thankful for all the therapy that I've done in my life and I just it's a big

part of my life right now and Vienna is a licensed

marriage and family therapist but also the best-selling author of her amazing book. I loved it by the way. The

words of you and you have your own podcast called This Keeps happening.

So I just kind of want to get into what made you pursue being a therapist in the first place

and what is the most challenging thing about being a therapist.

Mmm.

I always say that whether we know it or not we get into the work of therapy to resolve that which is unresolved in our own lives.

And yeah, if you had asked me this long ago, I would not have realized that that was why I was getting into the field of marriage and family therapy.
