Most of you who know me also know her. So we're thrilled to speak again. Welcome and thank you. Yeah, thanks for having me. So first of all, I want to also give a thank you from myself, but for many of my clients for working on this course for the husbands for the men and I know you've done a lot of work around that and I would just want to give you a moment to speak to that or tell me what you think we should know about your men's course.

Sure, yeah, so that's the course called The Art of Loving.

And yeah, it's a good course.

I mean, what it really is, you know,

when I first started doing my work, I was very focused on women's sexuality.

That's what I wrote my dissertation on and dealing with a lot of clients who had issues

around low desire and low comfort with sexuality and seeing themselves as sexual beings as women.

But I also then started to see, you know, men have a lot of anxiety about sexuality too.

Now, they may be often the higher desire people, obviously not always.

And in fact often men are not the high desire people, but you know we have a

cultural stereotype that can often make us blind to the questions challenges self doubt that men are often carrying and so the more that I delved into that the more I could see how much there is a shared uncertainty around

both intimacy, desire, sexuality. It might get expressed differently between men and women, but nonetheless

often men and women are grappling with very similar challenges.
