I've been feeling at times a little overwhelmed with panic and I thought we could have a quiet talk about how to thrive through being overwhelmed with panic or how to get through panic.

Wouldn't it be great if we could just do that? Feel panic and then

open up the rule book and go paragraph one, tick, panic be gone. Oh, if only. I have written some notes on what I'd like to say. I have read these notes

I do. When I feel panic at times, I feel like I'm a rabbit in the impending lights of an oncoming car.
