Summary

It’s time to address the elephant in the room - Ozempic.

We know that Ozempic will change - and is already changing - the body image landscape. There is so much noise online, in the media and in our personal lives about the so called ‘miracle’ drug - so we decided to call in the help of an expert, to clear up the myths from the facts.

Dr Giles Yeo is a professor at the University of Cambridge, whose research focuses on food intake, genetics and obesity. We got him in the studio to answer all the questions we had about Ozempic - to help us understand the science behind the drug that everyone is talking about.

And I especially love moisturising in the winter because my skin can get so dry with the cold weather

0:26.4

and indoor heating. So applying moisturiser helps replenish the lost moisture and creates a protective

0:33.5

barrier to lock it in. And what better product to do so than Nivius rich nourishing body

0:38.4

lotion. It has a new and improved formula containing hyalronic acid that moisturises and deeply

0:44.4

nourishes, leaving your skin soft and smooth but without feeling greasy. And plus, it absorbs

0:49.6

quickly, which I love because I'm way too impatient to wait around for moisturiser to dry.

So, if you want to

1:07.1

we're already well into the new year? It just feels like it's flying by. And if you haven't

1:11.2

taken a moment to reflect yet, now's the perfect time. And, you know, reflection isn't just about

1:16.1

your hobbies or relationships. It's also about looking at your personal growth and career and whether

1:22.0

you're challenging yourself enough or whether you're growing in ways that excite and inspire you.

1:26.6

And that's something I think that the

1:27.7

podcast has really brought into my life. It's continuously challenging in really good ways. And it's

1:32.6

something that I value having so much in my life. I know it can be really difficult, but I think it's so

1:37.1

important to have a career that fulfills us and makes us the best version of ourselves, which is why I

1:42.4

wanted to talk to you about a career in teaching.

It's a profession that doesn't just shape the lives of students, but it also gives the teacher room to grow too.
