And yes, I am intentionally timing this

because Halloween is right around the corner, and what do we love to talk about around

Halloween, death, of course, death and villains and murder, and what more and even though off the top of my head I'm not thinking of a ton of horror movies that are really poison-centric

although I did just watch Fall of the House of Usher on Netflix.

That was Mabinge last weekend, which I will say all I saw at first

was the title.

And my initial worry was oh God this is like an

exposay docu series on R&B Superstar Usher I was like don't tell me the bad news about Usher, but no, this is an adaptation of the

Edgar Allan Poe short story Fall of the House of Usher. And while it is not about women poisoning people per se,

it is centered around a very villainous woman and a pharmaceutical that is very much poisonous both on the

neurochemical level and on the metaphysical level.
