I don't know about you guys, but I have been following the announcement that President Biden and his administration have given authorization to President Zelensky and the Ukrainian armed forces to make use of American weapons system, the attack missile, that penetrate more deeply than is currently possible for the Ukrainian forces into Russian

territory in order to disrupt mobilization on that side of the border, as well as to bring

some of the cost of war to bear in a more graphic and forceful way on the Russian people.

I have noticed a report about a revision of the doctrine governing the use of

nuclear weapons on the part of Russia, which indicates that they would consider, if attacked,

even in a conventional way, by a force that is directly linked to a nuclear power, even though

the attack itself is not a nuclear attack.

They would regard it as appropriate to respond with nuclear forces to the extent that they

judge that to be prudent in their interest.

And I'm noticing that the Biden administration just were rebuffed in a repudiation of an election, such as we haven't seen in a while, and that they're on the way out the door, knowing that the attitude of the successor administration whom the American people have endorsed, militates in exactly the opposite direction or the direction that they're moving in, making irrevocable decisions that

have potentially catastrophic consequences without a comment. The president has not come in front of

the camera in the White House press room and announced to the nation this change of policy and

explained it, acknowledging the risk and making the case that the risk outweighed

benefits. He hasn't done that. He's a lame duck who is making potentially catastrophic

decision. Oh, and by the way, they made exactly the opposite decision when the issue came up

not that long ago. This issue has been broached before and the result, on my understanding,

from the defense establishment was, no, not a good idea. Now we have this.

Tell me that I am worrying about nothing. I want to believe that this is not what it looks like to me.
